Liberty & Courage is a coaching business that strives to help people who are struggling in the following ways:
- Feeling helpless or hopeless
- Cycles of depression
- Post-traumatic stress
- Lack of direction in life
- Difficulty starting or completing projects to achieve goals
- Challenges with personal identity
- Spiritual wellness
- Relationship with Jesus Christ
These are just the primary areas of focus, but each has layers that we wish to help you understand and overcome.
The Community component is to bring people together and establish relationships and a reminder that you belong! This is free for all with no strings attached.

Coaching Mentality
Coaching is a broad term that applies to many industries and areas of expertise. The areas of coaching covered by Liberty & Courage will, in many cases, require a hand-off to medical professionals. The Founder is currently pursuing a Masters in Christian Counseling, to be followed by a PhD, in order to maximize the support that can be offered.
So why bother starting here?
The point of starting here is that many medical professionals, family, and friends are hard to speak to. Often times you go unheard. Your concerns and thoughts are flippantly dismissed. Not here.
At Liberty & Courage you are heard. We care about you deeply. You will not be dismissed.
When our expertise is exhausted, we attempt to help you find a higher-level professional to bring you even greater hope and success.
